The shell of a tortoise is very strong. Nature has made it as hard as a stone for its own safety.
It is soft from inside and hard from outside.When someone touches it with their hand, it withdraws all its organs Into the shell.
The shell functions like an armour for it.Similarly,man should also have a protective armour – the armour of satsang,the armour of God’s grace which is very strong. Man should withdraw his mind,all his senses from sense objects of the world like the tortoise into himself.
